We currently have a vacancy for a Horticultural Plant Nursery Assistant to help with the day to day running of the plant nursery.  You must have a passion for plants and excellent communication skills to be able to provide an exceptional service to our customers.  Our customers are at the forefront of our business, so the ability to provide good horticultural advice in a positive and friendly manner is essential.

You must be able to work independently and as part of our small, friendly team.  You will be required to help with assembling orders, stock control, pricing and labelling.  General maintenance and care of our plants will also be required and involve tasks such as weeding, watering, lifting trees and hedging, potting and pruning.  You must be able to work outdoors in all weathers.

Ideal requirements:  PA1 / PA6;  RHS Level 2 or equivalent;  Previous experience of an EPOS system.

Role:   Full Time (five days a week including one day at the weekend) from 8.30am to 5.00pm
